How to use :

▶ Use Ratiochinator as any ordinary calculator.

Chinese Characters may be traditional or simplified, notation may be usual or financial : Characters Menu.
(See also Ratiochinator Menu / Ratiochinator Preferences.)

▶ Show / Hide Paper tape : Window Menu or small right side triangle.
• Paper tape text cannot be directly modified, but it can be copied (wholly or partly).

▶ Show / Hide Converter : Converter Menu or small left side triangle.
• When the converter is displayed, before typing a number, do not forget to clic to select one of the three fields : Screen, Chinese characters or Arabic numerals .
When writing numbers with arabic numerals use decimal point, do not use comma nor space :
Write 2594871.58 not 2,594,871.58 nor 2 594 871,58.

Help is provided by "helptags" and by Help Menu items :
Ratiochinator help shows the present window.
Rules of writing shows the rules for writing numbers with chinese characters.
Help on key shows (in red) on each key, the meaning of the characters written on it.
Current screen shows (in red), the meaning of the characters written on the calculator screen .

The order of the languages list in System Preferences / International / Language may disturb chinese characters appearance : Make sure Japanese and Corean are not above Chinese. The best order seems to be Simplified Chinese (简体中文), Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), Japanese (日本語) and Corean (한글).
